The Hospice Team

Tailored to fit each individual's needs, our hospice team of professionals and volunteers provides service wherever a person calls home.  We focus on providing comfort care that enables a person to remain in their home surrounded by the people and things they love. 

Members of the hospice team who provide that support include:

• Board-Certified Hospice and Palliative Care physicians
• Registered and Board-Certified Hospice and Palliative Care nurses
• Nurse practitioners
• Medical social workers
• Spiritual counselors, if requested
• Physical, occupational, speech, massage, and music therapists
• Dieticians
• Hospice aides
• Bereavement counselors
• Trained volunteers
