Memorial Gifts

Celebrate a Life with a Memorial Gift

Memorial gifts offer a thoughtful way to remember an exceptional person who has made a difference in your life and the lives of others. Your donation will make all the difference in providing the best personalized and compassionate care. Your contribution to our unfunded and underfunded programs like The Edward F Tokarski home, Music Therapy, Grief Support and Services, Pet Peace of Mind Program will bring comfort to hundreds of patients and families every month.

Some families choose to honor their loved one by inviting others to join them in a lasting tribute. These gifts help celebrate the life of a loved one while acknowledging the compassionate hospice care they received. You can invite others by using the following phrase:

“Our family suggests memorial gifts be made to Willamette Valley Hospice. You can send by mail to 1015 3rd St NW Salem, OR 97304 or donate online at wvh.org/donate”

Gifts in Honor

Honorary gifts are given in honor of family and friends to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or to honor a hospice health care professional who supported you and your family with exceptional hospice care.

An acknowledgement letter will be mailed to notify family or friends of your generous gift. The amount of your gift remains confidential and the letter states that the gift was given in memory or in honor of a friend or loved one. Your address will be shared with the family/friend in the event they would like to send a thank you letter.

Donations made as memorial or honorary gifts may be made in a variety of convenient ways: check, credit card, online, a phone call to our office or as a monthly gift. Contact Linda Hays or Melissa Lindley at 503.588.3600 for additional information or donate now online.
