The Community Engagement Manager provides the necessary vision, leadership, and fundraising skills that will enable the organization to achieve its fundraising targets and organizational development program. The Community Engagement Manager will have substantial fundraising experience, a talent for building relationships and a proven track record in securing funds from grants, foundations, trusts and major donors. The role is also responsible for developing and maintaining an effective individual donor program including donor marketing, communication, and outreach.
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position requiring varied hours of work.
