Health / Dental / Vision

Coverage is available for eligible employees. Employee contribution to premium depends on plan selected. (Dependent coverage available through payroll deduction).

Disability Insurance

Employer pays the premiums for both Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability insurance policies for the employee

Employee Assistance Plan

Employer pays for short-term counseling assistance with professional providers

Term Life Insurance

Employer pays for $10,000 Employee coverage and $1,000 Dependent coverage (Supplemental Coverage available through payroll deduction)

Flexible Spending Account

Flexible spending account that enables an employee to redirect a portion of his / her salary into two specific types of expenses: Dependent Care & Unreimbursed Medical. Taxable income is calculated after the elected amounts are deducted from your salary. Unused portions of the account are not refundable at the end of the year.

401K Plan

Employees eligible to join on the first of the month following 30 days of service. After 1 year of service, Employer Matching Contributions will begin. After that time, Willamette Valley Hospice will make a Matching Contribution of up to 50% of Elective Deferrals that do not exceed 6% of the employee’s compensation.

Tuition Reimbursement

Employer reimburses a percentage of tuition costs for eligible coursework.
