Does hospice provide support for the family after the patient dies?

Our bereavement counselors provide continuing support for the family and caregivers for at least a year following the death of a loved one. We also offer grief support groups in many of the communities where our patients live. We also support our communities by providing memorial services, holiday workshops and grief support groups to anyone in the community.
